You will pay return shipping, should you need to return your purchase for any reason. If a rug arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item with an identical item at no expense to you however, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

 

Your Libertyfantastic order will likely be delivered via UPS, USPS or FedEx and we will email tracking numbers to you so that you can monitor your shipment. We cannot ship to a PO Box. Over-sized items may be delivered by trucking company. In this case, the trucking company will contact you to arrange delivery during business hours.
